North Dallas CrossFit is a community-based strength and conditioning gym designed to provide you with options for a healthier lifestyle. Our goal is to lead you down the path of wellness via physical fitness and proper nutrition. For optimal results, we recommend attending 4-5 classes per week.

ALL Days: Our lifters have Open Gym hours whenever the gym is open. Most of our lifters are here 3-5 days per week.

CrossFit - The Meat and Potatoes of our program. Each certified coach-lead CrossFit class lasts one hour. Within that hour you will be taken through a warm up, strength session and metabolic conditioning workout. Classes are constantly varied with high intensity functional movements. We also use progressive strength building programming on top of the normal CrossFit WODs. With 35 classes throughout the week, find 4-5 that you can attend regularly!

USAW Olympic Weightlifting - Looking to perfect the Olympic Lifts? Then our Barbell Club is just the ticket. Our USA Weightlifting certified coaches teach you basic and advanced techniques. To learn more about our Barbell Coaches check out our Staff Page.

Private Performance Training & Specialty Coaching - Some of you might want/need one-on-one personal training, we can help with that too! ... Available Monday – Friday: 5:30 AM to 8:30 PM by appointment only and can include personalized instruction on the following: General Fitness, Running, Olympic and Power Lifting, CrossFit Competition Training, Student Athlete Strength/Conditioning.
