I want to thank Darrell and everyone at North Dallas CrossFit. Like a lot of people, I struggled with my weight. I tried various diets and went to the gym occasionally to perform the usual chest and bicep routine with no real results. I joined CrossFit in February 2014 at 225 lbs. In a few months the results were nothing short of amazing. Not only did I drop 20 lbs (and keep it off) but my energy is off the charts and my vital signs from a recent physical shocked my doctor. Now eight months since I joined, I dropped another 5 lbs and my waist size has dropped from 38 to 33! North Dallas CrossFit is a wonderful environment and I highly recommend it to everyone!!
