Before going to North Dallas CrossFit I belonged to a gym for over 4 years was doing a boot camp style workout for almost a year. It wasn't what I wanted anymore so I started looking for something else. I FOUND IT! The hardest part for me was walking through the door (I watched too many videos on CrossFit). After that I have not looked back and canceled my gym membership three weeks later.

I remember hearing that I would get addicted. Never would I have thought I would be addicted to exercising...WRONG, I AM COMPLETELY HOOKED. Fortunately, this is a healthy addiction. At the end of a day I am excited to go. Crazy right?
