Fitness programs designed for every age and ability level, from high-intensity CrossFit to specialized senior fitness.
CrossFit
Constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Combines gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning for comprehensive fitness.
Classes are one hour long and led by a trained coach. Suitable for all fitness levels — the program scales to each individual. For Spanish-speaking members, classes are available in Spanish every Friday evening. Recommended: 4-5 classes per week for optimal results.
Strong4Life (Ages 55+)
Low-impact fitness program tailored for adults aged 55 and older. Designed for all fitness levels including those with mobility issues or age-related health concerns.
Focuses on improving strength, balance, and reaction time. Strengthens muscles around ankle, knee, shoulder, and hip joints. Benefits conditions like arthritis, diabetes, osteoporosis, heart disease, obesity, and back pain. May be covered by Silver & Fit program through participating Medicare Plans.
Functional Endurance
Mixed-style training designed to improve stamina, power, and overall durability. Combines strength work with cardio and longer athletic efforts.
Prepares athletes to handle tougher, longer workouts while building practical, real-world fitness.
Move Well Chiropractic
On-site professional chiropractic care by Dr. Valentin Moreno aimed at alleviating pain, preventing injuries, and enhancing functional movement.
Services include chiropractic care, soft tissue therapy, and rehabilitation for athletes and members. Appointments available online or via text.

All coaches hold at least a CrossFit Level 1 or USAW certification. They understand that no two bodies are alike.

Dr. Valentin Moreno, DC, MS
Coach / Move Well Chiropractic
Provides on-site chiropractic services through Move Well Chiropractic. Holds a Doctor of Chiropractic and Master's in Strength and Human Performance from Parker University.

Mitch Scarmardo
Coach
Has been training in CrossFit since 2017 and is pursuing higher education in the healthcare field. Currently studying at Parker University in the Chiropractic Program.
Favorite WOD: Murph. Favorite movement: Squat Snatch.

Mark O'Neill
Coach
20-year career in the US Army brings a disciplined and experienced perspective to coaching. Started CrossFit training in 2013.
Favorite movement: Power Clean.

Margot Putty
Coach
Combines military experience with a formal education in kinesiology. Served six years in the Texas Army National Guard. Training in CrossFit since 2014. Currently studying at Parker University in the Chiropractic Program.
WOD: Helen. Lift: Snatch. Movement: Pull-Ups, Chest To Bar, Toes to Bar.

Marcelo Lopez
Coach
Trilingual coach involved in CrossFit since 2014. Also a practicing dentist. Leads CrossFit classes in Spanish on Friday evenings.
WOD: Fran. Lift: Snatch. Hobby: Mountain Biking.

Dana Adams
Coach
Has been training in CrossFit since 2017. Known for love of challenging movements like Thrusters, Burpees, and Handstand Walks.
