North Dallas CrossFit is a community-based strength and conditioning gym designed to provide you with options for a healthier lifestyle. Our goal is to lead you down the path of wellness via physical fitness and proper nutrition. For optimal results, we recommend attending 4-5 classes per week.

Crossfit is constantly varied functional fitness performed at high intensity. We offer hour long classes with a trained coach. The workout changes daily and is performed as a class.

Our unlimited membership includes access to our Olympic lifting program. Our lifters have Open Gym hours whenever the gym is open. Most of our lifters are here 3-5 days per week.

Workout for members and non members. Bring your friends for a fun hour workout.

Come to work on skills or anything you may need extra time for independently.
